What are your service levels?

Most UK collections can be organized for next day / 3 days. Delivery time tables largely depend on where your delivery is going to within Europe. The majority of loads will be executed on a driver accompanied basis, direct to your delivery destination. Click on the links on the home page for details.

Who are the hauliers within your network?

We have over 3000 hauliers within our closed network. Every one of these hauliers has a long standing trading relationship with Freightlink Ferries, Europe’s no 1 freight ferry booking agency. It is by developing these relationships which has enabled Freightlink Reload to offer the largest matrix of European hauliers in Europe.

What are your Terms & Conditions of carriage?

Are you on online exchange?

No. We do not simply post your cargo on the web. We use real contacts, speaking to the very best hauliers directly, to ensure you get the very highest level of service, at the most competitive rate we can offer.

Can I track my load?

Yes. Please log onto your account where you can manage your account directly, including making bookings and track and trace.

How quickly will I get my POD?

Our operations team are constantly monitoring POD delivery times. These will usually be available electronically within 5 days of delivery.

How do I open an account?

Please complete a CREDIT APPLICATION FORM and DIRECT DEBIT form. Once completed please post to:-

If you are a new business or sole trader, we will require you to sign a PERSONAL GUARANTEE.

What are your invoice terms?

We require payment by Direct Debit on the 25th on the month, following the month of invoice. You can download a CREDIT APPLICATION FORM , and a DIRECT DEBIT form below:-

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are 0700hrs to 1900hrs Monday to Friday, and 0700hrs to 1500hrs Saturday.
